Mole Ploughing is a fast and effective way to install long run cable with minimal disruption.

Our Ditch Witch mole plough is a machine used to install underground utilities such as fibre optic cables, power cables, water pipes and conduits with minimal surface disruption. The plough cuts a narrow channel through the ground using a blade and vibration. As the machine moves forward, it simultaneously lays the utility into the channel to the required depth. The soil then folds back over the installation. The trench channel is then rolled back into place leaving a tidy flat surface.

In the right areas the plough is a much faster and more cost effective method of install compared to the traditional method of open trenching. The plough is ideal for long runs of utility network install in rural areas.
